I need help but the service isn't listed, can I get in touch?

Please take advantaged of a discovery call, this will enable us to understand your needs. No business is the same and sometimes the help and support you're looking for doesn't fit neatly in a nice bucket. Our experience is vast and varied and more often that not we will have been there and done it and so can help.

You have opening and closing hours, how does that work in practice?

Our opening hours are there so we can be clear about when you can contact us. Any contact outside these hours unless agreed in advance (weekend work) will be subject to delays until the business is open again. This is so we can manage expectations and provide an efficient, honest and transparent assistance to those we're working with.

How does the booking and payment work?

After the discovery call we will send through a work plan and costing. Once this is agreed in advance we will book in your time appropriately, work together and then invoice either monthly or post project whichever comes first and dependent on the packaging you have signed up for.
